The Redwater Curling Club is gearing up to host a bonspiel from March 17 to 19. The event will take place at the curling rink at Pembina Place, and organizers are encouraging anyone to put in a team.
“All skill levels are welcome to put a team in,” shared Rikki Anema, secretary of the Redwater Curling Club.
The format will be a modified mixed bonspiel, and Anema explained that means “the skip and the third need to be of the opposite gender.”
Registration in the bonspiel also includes a dinner on Saturday night as well as door prizes.
