Everwillow Creations is a handmade home business owned by Kendra Franchuk, specializing in customizable resin products, and her home base is in Smoky Lake. Franchuk offers resin products such as keychains, coasters, bookmarks, earrings, combs, and pens.
Franchuk said, “I try to customize my products to make them something the buyer will absolutely love. I have made a few custom pieces in the past with deep meaning, and the way my customers’ faces light up, I will never forget that!”
The name Everwillow was inspired by Franchuk’s two daughters’ names: the eldest, Everleigh, and the youngest, Willow. Everwillow began in February of 2021, after Franchuk’s second daughter was born, and was a way to help with her postpartum depression. Everwillow creations hosted a fundraiser and donated 100% of the proceeds to STARS Air Ambulance. Franchuk said, “I look forward to doing more fundraising in the future. The community has been so supportive in donating and supporting my business.”
You can see Everwillow Creations at many markets and in some local stores like Home Hardware in Smoky Lake. Anyone can view Everwillow Creations products on Facebook or Instagram at Everwillowcreations. People can stop by Everwillow Creations booths, say hello to Franchuk, and check out her products at these upcoming events. At the St. Michael Christmas Market on November 26 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and at the Waskatenau Christmas Market on December 2 from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Franchuk said, “I do this all on my own sometimes with a little inspiration from my three-year-old, because what kid doesn’t like to play with some glitter from time to time? We get messy sometimes, but that’s all a part of the fun process. I will also have some new products at upcoming fairs. I can not wait to show everyone.”
