Thorhild, Alta., On Nov. 19, 2021, at approximately 9 a.m. Redwater RCMP received a report of unknown male and female suspects who stole several items from a business located on 2 Street between 2 Avenue and 3 Avenue in Thorhild, Alta.
Preliminary investigation revealed suspects entered the store together. The male suspect then exited the store and went to a parked vehicle. A short time later the female, after receiving assistance, left the store without paying for items and met the male accomplice waiting in a vehicle.
The vehicle is described as a silver, Buick sedan. The sedan had a an Alberta licence plate BXY6505 attached that was reported stolen in Edmonton.
The approximate value of the theft is $300.
The Redwater RCMP investigation is on-going. No arrests have been made. No one was injured during this incident.
