Pembina Place, situated in the vibrant community of Redwater, provides a
welcoming retreat from adverse weather conditions, allowing individuals to engage in
various activities and stay active year-round. The versatile facility boasts an array of
sports and recreational opportunities, such as spike ball, floor hockey, and handball, in
its expansive field house. Moreover, it offers a diverse selection of summer programs
and grants access to a wide range of fitness equipment and dedicated workout areas and
catering to various interests and fitness levels.
However, many people may be unaware that Pembina Place concession is open almost
daily for the duration of the summer. The concession is open from 10 am – 6 pm and
welcomes fitness enthusiasts or just folks who want to get out and grab a bite that
someone else cooks when the weather gets too hot. The concession has been open
since the beginning of July and has been happily serving up a menu that has delighted
taste buds throughout the summer. Pembina Place Concession has a wide range of
options, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests will find a delectable variety of
options at this concession stand to satisfy every craving. The mouthwatering burgers
are expertly grilled and generously stacked with an assortment of favourite toppings. In
the mood for something crispy, do not miss their perfectly golden fries or indulgent
poutines. In addition to the classic offerings, they also feature a range of specials,
including chicken burgers, donairs, hot dogs, and other delightful treats. To top it off, the
concession has a sweet selection that includes mini donuts, slushies, refreshing
iced coffees and floats. Pembina Place Concession invites everyone to stop by and pull
up a chair. It is a great way to take a break and enjoy a meal with friends or provides a
great grab-and-go snack or food to go.
Throughout the summer, Ginger Grayson, catering, concession, and
entertainment proprietor, has skillfully managed all aspects of Pembina Place
Concession meal preparation and service, delivering mouthwatering dishes and crafting
delightful beverages for her patrons. With the approaching end of summer, Grayson is
gearing up to transfer her culinary talents and warm hospitality to the Redwater School
Canteen. In light of this exciting transition, she is currently on the lookout for a dedicated
and motivated individual to join her and contribute to the continued success of her
operation.
