Redwater Health Centre Auxiliary

On June 2nd, 2023, the Redwater Health Centre Auxiliary celebrated their
50th Anniversary serving the Redwater Community. The RHCA hosted 100
guests at a Strawberry Tea and Bake sale. 
President of the RHCA, Florence Ludwig gave a brief history of the work
performed by the Auxiliary in support of the Redwater Health Centre. The
RHCA has raised $424,827.51 in the past 50 years. Funds raised provide
equipment and furnishings, providing comfort and care for the patients and
long-term care residents, and bursaries for further education. Also
honoured were 50-year members, Nettie Wosnack and Lorraine Belland.
Guest Speakers were Mayor Dave McRae and Karleen Gilker, Redwater
Health Centre Site Manager.
