March 17celebrated not only St. Patrick’s Day but also a “ladies’ night out” held at Thorhild Library. H2H Designs owner Candice Deveau put together five different project options for attendees to register for. The workshop welcomed ten women who participated in projects that included wooden bunnies and elegant planters. This was a spring/easter session, and projects were expected to take 2-3 hours to complete. Librarian Kathy Passay mentioned that she has been partnering with H2H Designs for 5 years to put on these events, which are always highly anticipated and well attended. Participants have even been known to purchase and complete more than one project in the evening. It’s hard to choose just one when Deveau offers such a beautiful selection of kits she prepares and brings in. Through Thorhild Library, she offers workshops in the spring, fall and close to Christmas. If looking for more opportunities to get inspired and show off your creative skills, H2H Designs is also partnering with Pea Patch Quilter’s Plot, an arts & crafts store located in Thorhild County, to offer more guided classes for the local community.
