H2H Designs local Thorhild handmade products

Candice Deveau, owner and operator of H2H Designs, has been in the world of handmade goods since creating her business in 2017. Her home base is in Thorhild, Alberta and has grown to a “Can you make this?” business with clientele reaching out to her on a daily basis for new and creative products. Deveau is a hardworking stay-at-home mom, and she has a love for crafting, turning her passion into a growing home business. Deveau created the H2H Designs online store in 2018, widening the company’s horizons and reaching customer orders across Canada and the United States.

Deveau said, “I originally called it Heart to Home Designs because I love to create each order from my heart to my customer’s home. Over the years, it has been abbreviated to H2H Designs, but still carries the same meaning.”

H2H Designs started out with craft workshops, helping provide many other community members with the knowledge and know-how of crafting. The growing business now provides a wide variety of products such as apparel, home décor, drinkware, business swag and much more. H2H Designs started attending many farmer’s markets throughout the area but now only goes to a few per year as most of the business has reached an overabundance of custom-ordered products.

Deveau said, “I am extremely grateful for all the support my customers continue to give me. I can’t wait to work with new customers. I have been able to meet so many new people and forge some great friendships along the way. I am excited to see what else happens as we grow this crazy, fun business and my creations!”
